What to Expect

Increased Mobility . Core Stability & Balance . Functional Strength . Injury Mitigation

Our Hot Yoga Experience

The studio will be heated between 90-100 degrees, humidity at +/- 60%. The heated space soothes an achy body and enables more movement. Softening the connective tissue, the heat allows for deeper stretch and added flexibility. The temperature of the space adds an element of cardio, increasing calorie burn, and opening the pores to release metabolic debris. Classes vary from focusing on physical strength, stamina, calorie burn, tenacity/fortitude, mobility, flexibility, range of motion, patience, and peace of mind. A practice for LIFE!
